Cowgirl Soul Sessions – Policies & Guidelines
Welcome to Cowgirl Soul Sessions.
To ensure a supportive, respectful, and smooth experience for every client (horse and human), please review the following policies before booking your session.
These guidelines help me maintain clear communication, honor your time, and provide the highest level of care and energetic support.

1. Session Overview
Cowgirl Soul Sessions are focused on energetic and emotional release for horses, animals, and humans.
Sessions may include intuitive scanning, trapped emotion release, energy balancing, and energetic support tailored to each individual.
Sessions are performed remotely (proxy), unless otherwise noted.
Please understand that:
Each horse or person responds differently.
Some clients may feel shifts immediately, while others notice gradual changes.
Results vary based on readiness, sensitivity, emotional layers, and individual integration time.
I do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or behavioral issues.
Cowgirl Soul Sessions are a complementary wellness modality.

2. Booking & Scheduling
Sessions are booked through my online calendar (Calendly link provided on the website).
Once booked, you will receive confirmation and instructions for what information I need prior to your session.
When scheduling, please provide:
Name (yours or your horse’s/animal’s)
Age
Current concerns or issues
Severity level (1–10)
Any additional notes you feel guided to share
Your scheduled time is reserved specifically for you.
Please be mindful when selecting your appointment.

3. Payment & Refund Policy
Payment is required at the time of booking.
Because sessions require preparation and energetic commitment, all sessions are non-refundable once booked.
If you cannot attend live (for human sessions), the session will still be completed remotely, and your results will be sent afterward.

4. Rescheduling & Cancellation
Life happens — and I understand that.
If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for refund or reschedule.
If I need to reschedule due to emergency or energy-related reasons, I will notify you as soon as possible and provide the earliest available time.

5. Late Arrivals
For sessions requiring live communication, arrival more than 10 minutes late will be considered a missed appointment and will not be refunded.
You may still receive your remote session results afterward.

6. Information & Consent
By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree that:
Energy healing is a complementary modality.
It does not replace veterinary, medical, or mental health care.
You are responsible for seeking appropriate professional care when needed.
All information shared during the session is confidential.
Your participation confirms your consent to receive energy-based services.

7. Horse & Animal Sessions
For animal sessions, the owner or guardian agrees that:
All descriptions provided are truthful and accurate.
The horse/animal is under their care and responsibility.
They understand energetic releases may temporarily shift behavior, emotions, or sensitivity.
They will observe their horse and offer rest, water, or downtime as needed after a session.
Horses are highly sensitive beings — please allow space and grace for their integration process.

8. Human Sessions
For human sessions, clients agree that:
Emotional or physical sensations during or after a session can vary.
Integration time may take hours to days depending on what was released.
Any major life or health concerns should be discussed with appropriate professionals.
Healing is a personal process — slow, steady, and unique to each individual.

9. Results, Feedback & Follow-Up
While not required, feedback is always appreciated.
Your experience helps others understand the value of this work and supports the growth of Cowgirl Soul Healing.
If you feel called, testimonials may be shared on social platforms (with your permission).
Follow-up sessions are available anytime your horse or you need additional support.

10. Client Conduct & Respect
This is a sacred and emotionally sensitive space.
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who engages in:
Disrespectful communication
Harassment or inappropriate behavior
Misrepresentation of information
Violation of policies
Positive energy, mutual respect, and integrity are essential.

11. Liability Disclaimer
By booking a session, you acknowledge that:
You participate voluntarily.
You are responsible for your own wellbeing and your animal’s wellbeing.
Cowgirl Soul Healing/Cowgirl Soul Sessions is not liable for decisions you make after the session or for any outcomes resulting from the session.
Energy work supports your journey — it does not control it.
